The solution integrates Descartes MyCarrierPortal advanced carrier risk assessment and onboarding tools with WireBee’s call-screening technology. This powerful combination uses AI to validate carriers as their inbound calls are received. This helps ensure that only qualified and vetted carriers make it through to brokerage operations teams, saving time and reducing exposure to fraudulent activity.
